Language Testing II Year 2011-2012

Syllabus
Language testing II mainly focuses on giving the learners the opportunity to practise in designing test items. The test items covered in this course are only about language skills. therefore, the learners would be best to have a look to the following distribution of the material presented in LT II Syllabus.
Listening (Material)
Listening takes the very important role in language acquisition. In the very fact that listening is acquired since the early child. In the case of language learning, therefore it needs important consideration. There are some designs in assessing listening. 
During the process of listening, there are some skills activated; whether they use bottom-up processing or top down processing. To deepen your knowledge about this, it is suggested that you read this file.
There are some types of Listening assessments. They are intensive, responsive, selective, and extensive. Within each of them there are some significant differences in how to design. Therefore, it is good idea to get the this file.

Speaking is important in human interaction.

In foreign language learning, reading is likewise a skill that teachers simply expect learners to acquire.
